Exhaustion to elation…

Exhaustion to elation
A reflection on leaving a toxic job despite challenges, finding freedom and purpose through self-employment, and transforming my life with meditation, hypnotherapy, and EFT. I hope this encourages others in similar situations to trust their resilience and take steps towards change!

As I look back on the memory of returning to the office after a much-needed annual leave, I can still vividly recall the emotions that consumed me that day. The sight of my poor, dehydrated plant, uncared for and depleted, was a striking reflection of how I felt inside. Struggling to fit into a toxic office environment, navigating perimenopausal symptoms, and dealing with undiagnosed ADHD, I knew I was at a breaking point.

It took another nine months of heartache and soul-searching before I finally mustered the courage to take a leap of faith. As a single parent with no financial safety net, leaving my secure employment to become self-employed was a daunting prospect. But deep down, I trusted that things would work out, and that I would be okay, no matter what.

Once I took that first step, I never looked back. Free from the hamster wheel of the 9-5 grind, I experienced a newfound clarity and a taste of true freedom. I was more open to opportunities, embracing a “let’s give it a go” attitude. Following my passion and building on my existing skills, I began to craft a life that truly resonated with me.

Now, I have the privilege of choosing how my days look. No longer chained to a desk or trapped in someone else’s schedule, I get to help people in a way that lights me up and makes my heart sing. The journey hasn’t been easy, but it has been incredibly rewarding.

For me, the key to unlocking my limiting beliefs, identifying areas where I was blocking myself, and enabling me to move forward has been a combination of meditation, hypnotherapy, and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). These powerful tools have helped me transform my life in ways I never thought possible.

If you find yourself in a situation that feels impossible, know that change is possible. It may be scary, but so is staying in a situation that makes you miserable. I’ve been there, and I know firsthand that there is always a way out.

You don’t have to be able to see the entire path to get from where you are to where you want to be. Every journey starts with a single step, a decision to make a change. If any of this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out and have a chat.

Through hypnotherapy, I can help you tune into your own inner wisdom and figure out your next steps.

Remember, you owe it to yourself to pursue a life that fills you with joy and purpose.

Trust in your own resilience, and know that you have the power to create the change you desire. Your journey of self-discovery and healing awaits.
