Break free from unwanted habits

Hypnotherapy accesses the subconscious mind through deep relaxation, helping individuals break unwanted habits and beliefs. Unlike stage hypnosis, it empowers people to make their own choices while addressing various issues. With a trained hypnotherapist's guidance, lasting change and unlocking one's full potential are possible.

As a hypnotherapist, I’ve seen first-hand how Hypnotherapy can transform lives.

Hypnotherapy is a gentle yet effective way to access the subconscious mind, where many of our deeply ingrained habits, behaviours, and beliefs reside. By working with the subconscious, we can identify and shift the blocks that are preventing us from making the changes we desire.

As an example: one of my clients, Rachel, came to me feeling tired, fed up, and unmotivated. She wanted to make some changes to her diet and return to exercise, but something was holding her back. Through our hypnotherapy sessions, we were able to uncover the subconscious beliefs and patterns that were keeping her stuck. By working together to reframe these beliefs and introduce new, empowering thoughts and behaviours, Rachel was able to break free from her old habits and start making lasting changes.

Hypnotherapy is a state of deep relaxation and focused attention, where the conscious mind takes a backseat, and the subconscious mind becomes more open and receptive to positive suggestions and changes. In this state, we can bypass the critical factor of the conscious mind, which often resists change, and work directly with the subconscious to create powerful shifts.

I understand that many people are hesitant to try hypnotherapy because they associate it with stage hypnosis, where participants are made to do embarrassing things like clucking like chickens or barking like dogs. But I want to assure you that this is not what hypnotherapy is about. In our sessions, YOU remain in control, and YOU have the ability to make choices and decisions. My goal is to empower you, not to control you.

In fact, many of my clients find our sessions to be deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. They often see results after just one session, with further sessions reinforcing the changes and creating momentum. Hypnotherapy can be used not only to remove unwanted habits but also to introduce and reinforce new, positive behaviours and patterns. It can help with a wide range of issues, from overcoming fears and phobias to managing stress, improving self-confidence, and even reducing chronic pain.

If you’re feeling stuck, whether it’s in your personal life, your career, or your health, I invite you to consider hypnotherapy as a tool for unlocking your potential. With the power of your subconscious mind, you can break free from the blocks that are holding you back and start living the life you desire. As a trained and experienced hypnotherapist, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Together, we can create lasting change and help you become the best version of yourself.
