About Me

My passion for learning and development led me to a life-changing experience in 2007, when I attended a health and well-being retreat in a remote mountain location in Turkey. There, I experienced the power of hypnotherapy and guided meditation.

Upon returning to the UK, I worked on making positive changes and discovered my passion for helping others. In 2020, I trained as a hypnotherapist, gaining my diploma in clinical hypnotherapy and the Advanced Practitioner Diploma. I’ve also studied the Law of Attraction, EFT, Reiki, and I work with crystals, essential oils, and oracle cards.

My experiences have shaped me into a compassionate person. If you feel stuck, anxious, lack clarity about your goals, or have low confidence, hypnotherapy can help. I am registered and accredited with the GHSC and listed as an Advanced Practitioner on the GHR. I have a DBS and I’m fully insured.
